Bishop Declan joins the Archbishop of Liverpool in supporting Progressio’s ZimFare and ZimFast Lent campaigns; inviting participants to stand in solidarity with people in poor communities in Zimbabwe and around the world. These fundraising campaigns will raise awareness and vital funds for Progressio’s work in Zimbabwe. Throughout the diocese, people will either fast for six days on a simple Zimbabwean diet for ZimFast, or teams of people will host fundraising meals using simple Zimbabwean recipes for ZimFare.”
