Companionship on any journey is a special relationship.  Companionship on our spiritual journey is what is meant by the ambiguous title ‘Spiritual Direction’. 

Throughout history there have been those in all faith traditions, who have enabled others to deepen their relationship with God and helped them to live their faith more effectively. 

Perhaps you have found people asking you to walk with them in their journey of faith, or caught up in discussions with others about prayer and God?  If so this course may be for you.  To find out more you may wish to attend this taster day.
