BBC One’s The Passion: Deacon Reads the Gospel

Clifton Cathedral’s parish Deacon, Kevin Moloney has made a special recording for BBC Bristol.  In the build-up to the BBC One drama ‘The Passion’, BBC Bristol wanted to make the story of the passion widely available.

Deacon Kevin’s reading is now online in faith section of the BBC Bristol website. 

The last week of Jesus Christ's life will be told on BBC One from three different viewpoints: the religious authorities, the Romans and Jesus himself. ‘The Passion’ is a four part drama that provides the Catholic community with a significant evangelisation opportunity. 

The first episode of BBC One’s The Passion will be broadcast on Palm Sunday (16 March), with a further three episodes spanning Holy Week, culminating on Easter Sunday.
