Bishop Declan will launch us into the Year of Mission on Wednesday at Clifton Cathedral

Bishop Declan will launch us into the Year of Mission in anticipation of the new liturgical year accompanied by St Mark.

He will bless the icon commissioned for the Year and present each and every community within our diocesan family with the resources for the year ahead.

Please join Bishop Declan at Clifton Cathedral on Wednesday 29th November at 7pm

Having set us on the journey of A Future Full of Hope, Bishop Declan calls us together as we prepare to step across the threshold of a new liturgical year, the year of St Mark, and our diocesan Year of Mission.

Each and every parish, school and college, university chaplaincy and religious community is being invited to join with our bishop at a celebration of Evening Prayer in the Cathedral on Wednesday, 29 November at 7pm. In that context of prayer, he will present to each community copies of the resource to accompany us through the Year of Mission.

Do make sure your parish is represented. Do come and represent you school, college or university community. Do come and represent your religious community. All are welcome – it would be good to see you there!
