CAFOD Calling

News from the official overseas development and relief agency of the Catholic Church in England and Wales, in the third of our regular audio reports from the CAFOD (Catholic Agency for Overseas Development) office in the Clifton Diocese.

Our podcast, which you can hear and download in the multimedia panel on the right, features Clifton Diocese CAFOD Manager Tony Vassallo giving us the latest news from the Catholic aid agency.

Tony highlights the recent Lent fast day.  He thanks supporters of this: Parish Priests, local representatives, volunteers and those who took part.

Tony looks forward to a couple of exciting local CAFOD events.  There’s a photographic exhibition coming this summer to the Cathedral and there’s an event entitled ‘What on earth are we doing?’ You can download a leaflet with more information about this event in the multimedia panel on the right.
