Tony and Gill Vassallo of Clifton CAFOD are visiting deaneries
throughout the diocese in September and October. They’ll be giving
presentations about CAFOD's work.
The presentations will focus on CAFOD's work and how it operates as the
official overseas aid agency of the Catholic Church in England and
Wales. The purpose of the visits is for Clifton CAFOD to report to its
generous supporters and potential supporters. Recent achievements, made
in CAFOD supporter’s names, will be highlighted, which will provide
local communities with a better understanding of CAFOD.
CAFOD manager for the Clifton Diocese, Tony Vassallo, said, “Gill and I
are looking forward to our deanery visits and very much hope that
people will be able to come along and bring others with them to meet us
and to hear about CAFOD's faith-based work. All are welcome.”
