Canon Roche Celebrates

Canon Bill Roche celebrated his 90th birthday with friends at St Angela’s Home in Clifton, Bristol.

Mike Anglin is Canon Roche’s closed relative said that the very happy day on Saturday saw fellow priests concelebrate Mass with Canon Roche. Friends and parishioners from Bath and Swindon and as well as relatives were part of the celebrations

After Mass there was coffee and cake and a few words from priests, friends, parishioners and family and then it was lunch at the Avon Gorge Hotel.

Canon Roche has also been ordained 65 years this year so it was a double celebration.
