Divine Mercy Sunday Celebrations in Bath

The itinerary for the day:
2.00 pm The event commences with welcome and introduction.
2.10 pm Benediction for exposition of the Blessed Sacrament which remains on the altar for
2.15 pm Confessions.
2.50 pm Chaplet.  Confessions finish and to resume after Mass if required.
3.00 pm Prayer and Blessed Sacrament returned to the tabernacle with divine praises
3.10 pm Mass of the day with offertory of thanks and petitions
4.00 pm approximate time Mass with finish followed by refreshments in the hall.

Brenda Sleep is organising the event.  She told cliftondiocese.com: “Many years ago at St John’s in Bath we asked permission of the parish priest and the bishop if we could celebrate Divine Mercy.  We had visiting polish priests at the time who were associated with St Faustina’s order and whose order promoted Divine Mercy.”

There is a small bookstall at the rear of the church that will open from 1.50 pm. Parking is available at the church.
