Hanukkah Greetings
Clifton Diocese Interfaith Officer, Father Robert King, has sent a
message to the progressive and orthodox Jewish community in Bristol to
wish them well as they celebrate Hanukkah.
Father Robert said, “I am delighted to extend warm wishes to the local Jewish community to celebrate our friendship and to advance our work of dialogue and understanding of each other's faith.”
Hanukkah is the Hebrew for 'dedication'. The festival of Hanukkah is celebrated from 16 to 24 December, this year.
