Feedback from our first 'Let Us Pod' - 'The Clifton Cathedral Podcast'

Wonderful presentation of the activities and life of the Cathedral community - We at the Oblate House in Bloemfontein in South Africa have just received a visit from Fr Frank Bermingham who is visiting Fr Michael Bracken. We are happy and encouraged to hear the snap shot of your parish life. Thanks to Fr Frank, your ambassador, for the opportunity to visit your parish as a cyber visitor/parisioner from the tip of Africa.
Br Rex Harrison OMI, Bloemfontein, South Africa

Great podcast and very welcoming and informative. This could be the start of something good. There are a lot of catholic podcasts out there, but very few by and for us English and Welsh catholics. God Bless your work and let's hope there's more to come.
Rob Edwards, Newcastle Upon Tyne

I have just heard your podcast and I found it very interesting, and looking forward to the next one. I will inform our parish about this new service you are providing.
Andrew O'Brien, Chard

A slick and attractive production, much better produced than our parish one (which we believe was the first catholic podcast in the UK). An excellent sound-picture of the life of the cathedral parish. So, what will follow - regular prayers, reflections, reports on activities? And how will this be produced and managed? Like websites, I think the challenge with podcasts is to keep them fresh and interesting. There is a need for always something new ... quite a challenge, as we have discovered. God bless.

We may be a little biased, but thought the podcast was fab, very innovative and 21st Century! In fact, I like the idea so much I'm going to steal it and suggest we have a podcast for my work website!
Jude and Oly, Sunny Wakefield

Yes a good idea to bring The Clifton Cathedral into my home.
Barbara Ward, Salisbury

Well done on a professionally produced broadcast that introduces people not just to the Cathedral but to the parishioners as well. I hope there are more.
Stephen Gomez, Bristol

A really good podcast and congratulations to all involved in its production. Well recorded and mixed, a real credit to the Cathedral! It's good to see the introduction of this much-needed resource.
David Kitto, Barwell, Leicestershire

I like it.

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to your first podcast. I was pleasantly surprised when I first read about the launching of this project, and was even more so after listening to the first issue. Congratulations to all the people who make this new endeavour of evangelisation possible.
Josue Morales, Clifton, Bristol

Seems like an interesting idea... I look forward to listening to the first episode.

Very impressed by Clifton Cathedral's essay into this new and exciting form of outreach. This first podcast is also colourful, lively and highly informative about life in the Cathedral Parish of St Peter and St Paul.

I am listening to all the podcasts and feel very grateful to the people who made them. I have been housebound for a while now and they make me feel active within the church again.

Thank you! I was lost without this church since I relocated from Bristol too many years ago.
This site fills a void: the personal emptiness without the fulfillment of Clifton Cathedral every Sunday is less.
