Dr Trevor Fernandes is the chief medical officer for pilgrims in Lourdes at the moment.  cliftondiocese.com brings you a podcast - direct from Lourdes - where Dr Fernandes tells us something of his unique role.   

Bishop Declan is leading the diocesan pilgrimage to Lourdes this week (Friday 22 August to Friday 29 August).  He is joined by many Catholics from the West of England marking the 150th anniversary of Lourdes becoming a place of pilgrimage.
