Maria's World Youth Day Diary in Full

22 July 2008

Maria Brennan is a parishioner at Clifton Cathedral and she's enjoying a memorable trip to Australia for World Youth Day (WYD). She kept a diary for cliftondiocese.com.

And we now round up that diary - collecting together all Maria's entries.

Check our 'News & articles' for much many more WYD reports, pictures and podcasts as well as all the latest from in around the Catholic Church in the West of England.

The first diary entry was received on 9 July.  Maria has just arrived in Australia and met her host family.

Maria writes again on 10 July.  She goes to Mass, takes a trip to the museum and meet up with the other pilgrims from our diocese.

Marie sent us a report on WYD activities that took place on 11 July.

Maria's brother David, chipped in on 11 July.  Read what he has to say in the 'Your comments' section below and you can enter your thoughts by simply filling in the form.
