New Sports Hall for Cheltenham Catholic College
St Benedict’s Catholic College celebrated the opening of their new
sports hall. The new facility was opened by Peter Buxton of Gloucester
Rugby Football Club with a blessing conducted by Father Alan Finley,
Dean of Cheltenham.
The £1.5m investment includes a large sports hall, community rooms and changing facilities.
The colleges say the hall is a wonderful addition to our sports college, not only for students, but also the local community, who will have access to the facilities.
This development was possible due to funding from the New Opportunities Fund through the Local Education Authority, school funds and grants, with the whole development being fully supported by Clifton Diocese.
