Reverend Canon Flora Winfield former County Ecumenical Officer for Gloucestershire was invested as Dame (First Class) of the Royal Order of Francis the First, a branch of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of St George, by His Royal Highness the Duke of Calabria, Grand Prefect of the Order. Chair Clifton Diocese Ecumenical Commission, Anne Doyle was a special guest at the ceremony.
