Shopping Surprise

28 February 2008

The Catholic parish of St Patrick’s in Bristol’s Redfield is unique in the diocese as it boasts its own parish charity shop.  It’s on Church Road – the high street for Redfield.  The shop is full of characters and people dropping in for a chat and a little bit of shopping.

called in to chat and find out a little bit more.  We spoke first with Nordan, an overseas student who has been gaining work experience at St Patrick’s.  We also spoke with Ella - the youngest shop volunteer, as well as Chris, Andrina the manager, and loyal St Patrick's shopper and parishioner Mrs O'Leary.
