Somerset Youth Make a Big Splash!

Young members of St John Fisher’s, Wellington with St Richard’s, Wiveliscombe were on the road, when their “KingFishers” junior youth group travelled for a fun-filled afternoon to Sedgemoor Splash in Bridgwater.

Parishioners aged from seven to seventy took to waters at the local leisure centre. 

The enthusiastic group finished with a picnic before posing for a group photo and heading off back to Wellington.

“KingFishers” usually meets for three hours after the 11.00 am Sunday Mass on each third Sunday of the month at St John Fisher Church’s parish room in Mantle Street, Wellington.
