Bishop Declan will be joining thousands of people on Christmas morning. He’s a guest on a popular BBC radio programme.
Bishop Declan will join Trevor Fry for a special Christmas morning breakfast programme on BBC Radio Bristol and BBC Somerset.
Trevor will be live on air from 6.00 am. As well as Bishop Declan, you can listen to Cathedral parishioner Mary Colwell’s wonderful ‘Christmas Robins’. The seasonal reflection will be on around 7.15 am. Bishop Declan joins Trevor from around 8.00 am, before he sets off to celebrate the 11.00 am Christmas Mass in the Cathedral.
On Sunday (27 December) morning Trevor talks with Monsignor Canon Robert Corrigan, our priest who’s been serving as a Chaplain in Afghanistan. The interview is part of ‘Sunday Starts’ which is on BBC Radio Bristol and BBC Somerset every Sunday from 6.00 am to 10.00 am. Monsignor Robert will be speaking at 7.30 am.
The BBC Radio Bristol Christmas Celebration, recorded in a packed Cathedral last week, can be heard on Christmas Eve at 4.00 pm and Christmas Day at 12.00 pm.
